Responsibilities :
• Ensure that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner.
• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
• Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• Taking full responsibility for shipment release once the shipment has been processed.
• Arrangement and coordination of the quality policy
• Lead the team to meet the Quality Objective
• Root cause analysis and initiate preventive and corrective measures
• Manage Calibration measurement equipment
• Control all Quality Documents and organize training
Qualification :
• Male or Female, Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Science and Master’s degree in any related field, preferable Microbiology or biology but not a must.
• Over 10 years’ experience in quality department and quality system
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001, including ISO13485 and GMP will be beneficial
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Able to work quickly and accurately
• Able to work within strict deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Able to work with people across all levels and backgrounds
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, customer and suppliers
• Strong skills in leadership, critical thinking, logical problem solving, interpersonal communication, and priority – setting
• Able to travelling aboard
• Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and written skill
