Responsibilities :
Customer Sales Support • Supervise & perform any assigned sales support functions to team members including Country Manager, Relationship Manager • Supervise & perform meeting schedules both internal and external for Country Manager and Relationship Manager • In charge and coordinating travel arrangement, meeting schedule and all related- details including, hotel booking, airport transfer of country manager, team member and relevent visitors from various office of Wells Fargo • Coordinate & in charge of arranging details on customer functions/ seminars/ training/ workshops & prepare presentation and seminar handouts, • Preapare and seek for necessary budget & approval • Proactively involvement in customer product seminars and training programs, including but not limited to arrange function rooms, client registration for customer seminars and prepare all the off-site trainings • Supervise/ problem solving ability: provide solution to sales support team on a daily basis.
Internal Reporting Responsibility • Prepare (pre & post) events analysis reports, customer questionnaire • Handling & coordinating office related issues i.e. HR, IT, MIS, audit, regulatory reports, financial office expense, and purchasing & vendor management • Supervise & preparation of assigned reports to meet all of its deadline. • Finance - Invoice processing to P2P, monthly overtime for driver, check issuing for vendors, supervise/ prepare/review for month-end reimbursement package, GAC filing monthly tax to RD to meet all of its deadline • Response on Global insurance, Lease renewal & IT/ MIS related administrative issues • Taking care all staff leave record i.e. annual, sick and business.
Compliance/ Audit & Risk Management • Supervise & provide full support to team on Compliance procedure/ Audit process, lead to achieve all deadline • Satisfactory administration of all other compliance policies and practices • Assist Rep office in carrying out of compliance general functions & customer due diligence & customer workshops • Tracking compliance course & other e-learning with staff • Enhance/ expand supporting in compliance scope by reviewing and offering supports and assist CSU team in routine functions related to AMLQ/ CPQ/ PAC/ Compliance/ CRMS procedure.

• Graduate Level: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in MBA, FINANCE OR RELATED FILED. • Experience years require: 10 Years in Administration or Secretary Function • Computer Skill: Microsoft and Email, ERP • Language Skill : English Very Good
