Responsibilities :
• Work with Service Delivery Manager to establish service level agreements with end users.
• Assist Service Delivery Manager to Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure products and services.
• Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, servers and optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment and their associated operating systems and software.
• Provide assistance and support to other site coordinators to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.
• Support Regional Manager IT and Service Delivery Manager IT to reduce cost and overall time to deliver quality of service and customer care.
• Develop, maintain, support, and optimize key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems.
• Works with site manager and regional manager to recommend policies and procedures for infrastructure administration and project management.
• Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and staff assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload.
• Monitors daily operations and meets with users to ensure quality of service and business requirements are being fulfilled or met.
• Evaluates new and proposed software and hardware to determine usefulness, impact and compatibility with existing software and hardware and makes recommendations to users, site management and IT management.
• Evaluates proposed projects to assess adequacy of existing hardware, and recommends purchase of equipment and alignment of resources to meet the demands of the site.
• Define and communicate project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to executive team, department leads, support staff, and end users.
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.

Qualification :
• Bachelor degree or higher in computer Science or its equivalent.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified in ITIL and Microsoft desired.
• Working technical knowledge of network, operating systems, servers, infrastructure hardware, protocols and IT standards.
• Experience with Microsoft products is essential. Experience working in an international manufacturing environment utilizing an ERP and MES is desired.
