Responsibilities :
• Achieve the annual sales and profit goal of the pharma segment
• Set and implement pharma segment business plan to grow the business in region by coordinated with sales team, manufacturing, technical and supply chain.
• Set and implement marketing mix for the segment.
• Global / Regional key account managers.
• Support to all sales team to achieve the sales target of the segment
• Knowledge of pharma market development, trend, competitors, and price.
• Coordinate with Kp-global group to obtain support resources for Asia
• As assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Owns Product Portfolio, margin and branding
• Owns New Product Introduction Process, Establish NPI pricing
• Monitoring Manufacturing Capability and Fulfillment
• Optimize product cost, both direct and indirect
• Coordinates product/order priority in times of demand peaks
• Supports sales of all regions in the segment
• Introducing new products at new and existing accounts
• Strong regional sales team interaction to implement and drive segment Business strategy
• Up to date on regulatory trends, influence industry trends
• Analyses the Industry, players, needs and potential applications
• Business goal and profit oriented.
• Able to sell high value added products and services.
• Able to work independently and to handle complicated situations.
• Fluently Spoken and Written English and Computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal as well as organizational skills.
• Dynamic & energetic individual.
Qualification :
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in
• selling or marketing of pharmacuetical company or supplier to pharmaceutical industry.
• or working related to packaging development for pharmacuetical industry.
• Experience in managing international business in Asia.
• Experience in multinational company is an advantage.
