Responsibilities :
• Manage sales and distribution for multiple product lines in a group or one (1) particular product group.
• Develop yearly and 5-years of Sales Target, Business Plan and Marketing Strategies of responsive products.
• Develop and plan itineraries, as required, to visit all customers and prospects to insure coverage on a basis of maximum sales potential.
• Work with Division, BDM and Key Market Development team to get most updated products or markets information and update to technical support, customer services and customers
• Support Distributors to get regular business update and develop business plan for each distributors
• Analyze customer and prospect’s current proposed products to determine possible applications for present and proposed products, conduct tests and evaluation of samples.
• Order and expedite delivery of product samples as required.
• Train and assist customers regarding new products and application.
• Review, explain and answer inquiries concerning company policy on terms such as credit, payment, warranty, service, transportation charges and ensure inclusion in all quotations.
• Determine customer and prospect requirement for products including delivery schedules, order placement and lead time as such requirements relate to their production schedules, sales activities and sales forecasts.
• Report to Expat Manager
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field Minimum 5 years working experience in sales of related products with technical background in motion and control. Experiences in Heavy Industry , Oil & Gas, Marine or mobile equipment or product range of tube, fitting and hose would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Management of Distribution Channel or OEM Sales
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, vendors, managers/supervisors or other associates of the organization
• Energetic, quick learner, self-motivated, with proven sales experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer literacy; Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
