CONTRACT MANAGER (TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY)

Responsibilities :
• Responsible for managing overall commercial matters regarding offers and contracts in cooperation with internal and external interface partners involved
• Preparation and proof of offers, contracts other legal/ commercial/ government documents regarding commercial/ government contents
• Contract negotiation/preparation; customer price calculation and
• Liaison center between sales and customers, partners within Company (local, regional, worldwide)
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law degree or others related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in contract management
• Legal knowledge especially contract law in TRANSPORTATION
• Experience and understanding general financial matters and tax issues
• Good communication with negotiation skills and project management background
• Excellence of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
